What are your staff-assisted pickup hours?
Monday–Thursday: 4 PM–6 PM
Friday: 1 PM–6 PM
Saturday: 12 PM–6 PM
Sunday: 1 PM–5 PM
Do I need an appointment for pickup?
No appointment is needed for regular staff-assisted pickup.
Just visit during our posted pickup hours. Larger orders
or additional wood types may require at least 24 hours’
notice.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Staff-assisted pickup accepts cash or Venmo only.
What types of firewood are available?
Our selection may include Mesquite, Oak, Juniper and Pine.

How much wood is available in each pickup option?

What size are the firewood logs?
Standard firewood logs are approximately 16–18 inches long.
Cooking wood is cut into smaller chunks, approximately
9 inches.
Will someone help load my firewood?
Yes. Our staff can assist with loading during
staff-assisted pickup hours.

Delivery may be available depending on order size and
location. Contact us to discuss delivery options and pricing.
Is firewood pickup available during rain?
Weather can affect pickup conditions and availability.
